I specialize in a variety of modalities (types of bodywork) to help facilitate the body's natural power to heal itself. Bodywork has many benefits - it induces relaxation while reducing stress, breaks down muscular tension, releases chronic holding patterns, increases range, ease, and fluidity of motion, promotes healthy circulation, and helps to bring the body back into balance.

My office hours are:

Tuesday through Friday
9am to 3:30pm

1-hour/$70
1½-hours/$105
